• Being the customer’s representative at the OEM site
• Ensuring the correct use of customer products by OEM

In case of any defect;

• • Analyzing the defect properly and immediately
  • Evaluating the characteristics in comparison with the specifications
  • Following the first level analysis in OEM
  • Informing the customer in a formal format
  • Following and leading the temporary actions (sorting, provisioning, logistics, etc.)
  • Following the corrective actions and presenting to OEM responsible properly
  • Liaising with customer site to swiftly resolve OEM concerns

• Reporting customer performance in OEM on weekly/monthly basis
